🧡 UNITY DAY | Wednesday, October 21 🧡
We are asking our entire Nixon-Smiley community to come together and WEAR ORANGE to show our support for kindness, acceptance, inclusion, and bullying prevention!
Together, we can teach our children, families, and community the importance of building each other up instead of tearing each other down. Every kind word and action makes a difference!
🧡 Let's stand together, spread kindness, and show what it means to be Mustang Strong! ❤️💙

The Nixon-Smiley CISD community extends our heartfelt condolences to the Stockdale community on the passing of Superintendent Deaver. Our hearts are with Superintendent Deaver’s family and the students, staff, and colleagues whose lives he touched. NSCISD is thinking of you during this difficult time and is keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

Congratulations to one of our 7th-grade students, Alyson Munoz, whose writing was selected for the Wilson County News Kids Scoop!
Students in Mrs. Alexander’s Newspaper and Design class work hard to develop their journalism skills and create their own newspaper articles. We are so proud to have our second student this year selected to have their work published in the Kids Scoop!
Way to go, Alyson! We are proud of you!
