We are offering physicals on campus again this year! Physicals will be offered on May 1st. All incoming 7th, 9th and 11th graders are required to have a physical. Anyone that had a surgery or major injury needs one as well. Band students can get their physicals as well! Middle school students will get theirs done during the school day and HS will begin in girls athletics and run until after school. Please send cash or check with your students, $25 per physical! Wow, Mustangs! You've made the Middle & High School Book Fair such a success that we are getting one more RESTOCK! Several out-of-stock books and new items will be added between now and Friday, so we are extending our Friday hours until 5 PM so everyone has time to check them out! TWO SHOPPING DAYS LEFT! The book fair is open from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Thursday, and 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday. If you shop online before 5 PM on Friday, the library gets credit for those purchases, too! Due to the winter weather this weekend and out of an abundance of caution, the District will
have a two-hour delay to the start of school on Monday, January 26. School will begin two hours
late, which means the Elementary will start their day at 9:40, and the Middle and High schools
will begin at 9:50. Bus riders will be picked up two hours later than their normal pickup time.
The buses and buildings are ready to go, and we look forward to seeing your children tomorrow.
If something should change with the weather or road conditions, we will notify you as soon as
possible.
We are excited to announce that Camarion Rodriguez placed first in Alto Saxophone, and has advanced to the ATSSB All-State Band! This marks the third time in four years Camarion has earned this honor, which is an exceptionally rare achievement!
Camarion will perform with the ATSSB All State Concert Band on Saturday, February 13th, at the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio.
Please send your congratulations to Camarion and Angel for their hard work this year!
